Develop, adapt & execute in the relevant channel the HCP omnichannel roadmap at country level, ensuring digital, field, remote, and event channels are executed effectively to drive HCP reach, engagement, and conversion.
Primary Accountabilities
· Maintain Country level dashboards to track omnichannel KPIs, media efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
· Execute the media investment strategy, ensuring Return of Investment (RoI) through data-driven planning and deployment in partnership with markets.
· Guide the implementation & execute the global and local media guidelines, ensuring brand safety, compliance, and alignment to channel best practices.
· Serve as primary agency interface with local partners and local digital/content vendors, ensuring scalable, consistent delivery.
