Job Description
Design and Deploy Danone’s Global CRM & SFA platforms in Healthcare. The role focuses on product execution, platform evolution, and support at scale , ensuring that CRM solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and effectively used across markets to support HCP engagement and field force effectiveness.
Organisation & scope:
- Global scope (20+ CBUs)
- Works in close collaboration with senior Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Leads
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the evolution of the global HCP CRM product , supporting roadmap execution and platform transformation initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear IT and functional requirements , user stories, and prioritized backlog items
- Ensure solutions align with global architecture, security, and IT standards
