Job Description
Contractor-BillableThe candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 2 end to end HCM Cloud implementations. 6+ years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 2 end to end implementation experience. The candidate must have expert knowledge in any of the 2 modules along with Core HR module -Time and LaborAbsence ManagementPayrollBenefits CompensationTalent Management Experience in additional modules like HR Helpdesk, Recruiting Cloud & Learning Cloud will be an added advantage. Candidate should be well-versed in approvals (transaction console & BPM), Application Security & Fast Formulas for various modules. Candidate should have worked with at least one of these legislations ie. US, UK, Middle East, APAC, Africa, Mexico and / or Latin America.
