Job Description
Care Assistant / Support Worker
Location: Newhaven, East Sussex
We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a residential care home for up to 20 adults with a physical or learning disability. This service is rated GOOD by the CQC.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to adults with physical or learning disabilities in a residential setting.
- Support with daily living activities, personal care, meals, mobility and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor.
- Promote dignity, independence and well-being of residents.
