The Harvesting & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing large-scale mushroom harvesting operations and coordinating production logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and food standards.
This position oversees a department of over 200 employees, including supervisors, group leaders, and harvesters.
The role requires a strong background in agribusiness or industrial engineering, leadership experience in large agricultural or food production settings, and advanced English proficiency.
