Job Description
Chamonix Wine Estate, situated high above the Franschhoek Valley, is looking for three motivated, energetic and hands on Harvest Interns from January 2027 – April/May 2027. The successful candidates will report directly to the winemaker.

- Fermentation control
- Racking of wine
- Pressing
- Barrel Work
- Grape data collection and intake
- Yeast Preparation
- Cellar Hygiene

Requirements
- Viticulture & Oenology degree/diploma
