Job Summary
Fluence is seeking a Hardware Services Engineer to support the reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle management of hardware systems deployed across its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) fleet throughout the Americas. This role serves as a technical expert for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex hardware issues in production environments while supporting fleet-wide hardware upgrades, obsolescence management, spare parts planning, and reliability improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong hardware troubleshooting experience and a deep understanding of how systems are built, integrated, and supported in the field.
