C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Hardware Lead in Zürich to establish and lead the entire hardware function from the ground up. This role works directly with the founders to define strategy, build production-ready platforms, and scale a world-class hardware team.
You will own architecture, systems integration, sensors, and manufacturing readiness, while partnering with AI, Robotics, and Software teams to deliver autonomous systems in a fast-growing startup environment.
