The onsite engineer would be responsible for the

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of auto Engine Control Modules (ECMs) and related subsystems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting Electrical schematics, Wiring diagrams
  • Experience working with Auto ECUs/ECMs validation, or field return analysis
  • Hands‑on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, Digital mustimeters, Power supplies and electronic loads
  • Ability to diagnose Component‑level failures, electrical issues, Thermal‑related faults
  • Strong root cause analysis capability: (5-Why, Fishbone, fault isolation)
  • Ability to recreate failures in lab environments & work independently
  • Ability to read logs and correlate software behaviour with hardware issues
  • Effective communication with design, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership
