+ 2 years of experience in board-level design and testing, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

+ Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
+ Experience with hardware and system design.
+ Experience deploying and debugging hardware products in a large-scale data center environment.
