Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
- Accurately record customer transactions using the electronic cash register, mainline, and self‑checkout (SCOs).
- Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
- Follow up on hot‑selling items, complete markdowns, and perform SKU changes when needed.
- Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure compliance with all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
- Follow health and safety policies and guidelines.
- Keep the checkout work area clean and organized.
- Follow loss‑prevention best practices.
