Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Handyman with strong carpentry skills to join a busy commercial construction project for a period of 3 - 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* General site maintenance and snagging.
* First and second fix carpentry.
* Adjusting doors, ironmongery, skirting and timber fixtures etc
* Making good, minor repairs and finishing works.
* Assisting site management with day-to-day tasks as required.
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience on commercial construction sites.
* Good all-round carpentry and handyman skills.
* Own carpentry tools.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* PPE and own transport preferred.
* Able to work independently and from site instructions.
