Job Description
- Up to 3 years of technical, maintenance, and facilities experience as a Handyman in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of housekeeping and safety principles
Key Performance Areas and Indicators
Key Activities:
- Diagnose root causes of failures and execute repairs promptly.
- Implement carpentry, building, roof, and facility repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
- Apply technical and engineering standards for optimal repairs and maintenance.
- Close out maintenance job cards upon completion of work (Shop Ware).
- Identify and resolve potential process-related problems proactively.
- Provide maintenance repair reports to the Quality Assurance Engineer.
