Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Handyman to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep works in Tampines.
Job Scope
- Carry out general repair and maintenance works.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and replacement of light fixtures, switches, and power points.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fittings.
- Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform painting, patching, and touch-up works as required.
- Carry out basic carpentry and handyman tasks.
- Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors when major repairs are required.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe.
