Job Description
GBS is seeking a Test Lead (Player‑Coach) to shape testing practices within our PMO and stay actively involved in delivery. You will design a practical testing framework and embed quality across SDLC in a fast-paced, integrated environment.
You’ll lead hands-on testing, coordinate with developers, BAs and vendors, drive defect management, UAT support and provide clear risk reporting.
This role offers growth into a senior quality leadership position while keeping feet in delivery.
