Job Description
Thnks is seeking a Growth Marketer to own our demand engine—from paid ads to lifecycle flows. This is a hands-on, founder‑level role with no immediate team; you will own campaigns, analytics, and optimization in a fast‑moving, product‑led environment.
You’ll build dashboards, set up tracking, and use AI tools to run more tests, improve CAC/payback, and drive organic and paid growth across channels.
