Become a crucial part of Johnson Controls as a Hands-On Assembler Lead for day shifts, driving productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in assembly operations.
The Team Lead role involves coordinating assembly tasks for a small team while actively participating in the hands-on assembly process. You’ll ensure that crew members arrive on time, conduct morning meetings to assign work, and maintain safety compliance. Additionally, training and onboarding new employees will be a significant part of your responsibilities, along with resolving any production issues.
