Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project handover strategy aligned with project milestones and client requirements.
• Act as the primary focal point for all handover‑related matters.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, commissioning agents and FM teams.
• Align all packages to achieve the client hand‑over target dates.
• Define and manage handover documentation requirements, including authorities approvals, OM manuals, as‑built drawings, warranties, asset registers and certifications.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing activities.
• Support achievement of Practical Completion and Final Completion milestones.
• Manage defect identification, tracking and close‑out processes.
• Facilitate the client facility management, customer relation and community management teams’ involvement and training to ensure operational readiness.
