Job Summary
The Halal & Regulatory Assistant is responsible for supporting the
company's Halal Assurance System (HAS), regulatory compliance, food safety
certifications, and customer documentation requirements. The role assists in
maintaining Halal, Kosher, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 systems while ensuring
all raw materials, products, and processes comply with applicable regulatory
