Responsibilities

• Staying up to date with latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring and treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs and desires.
• Perform variety of technical services including highlighting, tinting, balayage, Mycro Keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts and more to achieve clients desired looks.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences and lifestyle, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Create personalized hair designs that enhance clients’ natural features and reflect current fashion trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Act as a mentor to junior stylists, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to help them grow in their careers.
