Habitation Technician

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Habitation Technician to work across our vibrant organisation. 

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) 

Duration: Permanent 

What You’ll Do: 

• Carry out repairs safely and to a high standard across your core trade and additional trades, particularly painting and plastering 

• Manage your van, tools and materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and right first time 

• Meet productivity and performance targets, monitoring your own results and customer satisfaction 

• Identify and report issues in customers’ homes, including safeguarding and compliance concerns 

• Deliver multi-trade repairs in both occupied and empty properties
