Job Description
+ Loads/Unloads cores in setters and/or saggers per PC instructions
+ Loads/Unloads setters and/or saggers onto kiln beds.
+ Pyrometric cones/temp check tabs
+ Transfers setters into and out of setter storage area.
+ Evaluate setters for serviceability.
+ Maintain location records
+ Loads/Unloads core into prebake and anneal oven per PC instructions
+ Periodically records data from kilns.
+ Immediately reports any apparent malfunctions of the kilns
+ Accurately records all data as required and assures that all previous operations have been completed
+ Prolonged exposure to radiant heat from furnaces, hot vessels, hot metal, and hot tasks where there is a clear sensation of warmth on the skin for at least 15 minutes.
+ Performs other duties as directed by facilitators
+ Maintain clean work area
+ Observe safety policies and regulations
