The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and dedicated to promoting a safe and welcoming environment in our fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a professional, friendly, and personalized fitness experience.
- Conduct gym orientations and demonstrate the safe use of fitness equipment.
- Design personalized fitness programs based on guests' goals and fitness levels.
- Monitor guests during workouts to ensure correct exercise techniques and safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the fitness center.
- Perform routine inspections of gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.
