Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking to recruit a Guest Services Assistant. The role will involve both early and late shifts, including midweek and weekend work.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere at the main door and occasionally in the lobby area
• Greeting guests at their cars as they arrive, assisting with luggage and providing directions to the front desk
• Valet parking
• Providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while following Druids Glen standards, procedures and policies at all times. 
• Handling all guest requests and fulfilling them as quickly as possible.
