Guest Service Manager, Y UL

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) is the operational manager on the floor, responsible for dayโ€‘of operation leadership, ensuring that the team meets safety objectives, operational goals, guest experience KPIs, cost control and WestJet values.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the successful implementation of all IROP activities that occur at the base to maximize safety and service at the lowest reasonable cost.
