Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
โ Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the Spa
โ Scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and registering them for treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures
โ Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients (in English and Thai)
โ Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Other tasks as assigned by Manager, Managing Director, CEO and Board Members.
REQUIREMENTS:
โ Good human relations
โ Excellent phone etiquette
Possess strong knowledge of how computers work, as well as the ability to use Gmail Workspace & GoogleSheet to process and store information
โ Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together
Possess strong organizational skills required for achieving efficiency on the job
โ Good knowledge of beauty products to be able to promote them to clients
