Job Description
Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Agent / Receptionist to be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, professional service across the guest journey. You will ensure smooth arrivals, handle inquiries, and collaborate with all departments to create memorable stays.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ Front Office experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel, strong English skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overnight hours.
