We’re Hiring: Guest Relations & Check-in Executive – Dubai
GOGOTO BNB is a fast-growing holiday homes company managing premium short-term rental apartments across Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations & Check-in Executive who can manage guest check-ins, check-outs, communication, property coordination and overall guest satisfaction.
This is a hands‑on hospitality role. The main goal is simple: give every guest a smooth stay, build a strong relationship and help us consistently achieve 5-star reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs across our Dubai holiday homes
- Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay
- Coordinate arrival timings, access instructions and property handovers
- Assist guests with questions, requests and issues during their stay
- Build positive guest relationships and encourage genuine 5-star reviews
