**The Role**
The Guest Relation Officer will assist in managing the department as a successful independent profit center and to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Grand Hyatt Amman and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guestsβ satisfaction.
As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.
