Job Description
Andaz Dubai The Palm, part of Hyatt, is seeking a Guest Service Officer in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the Reception within the Rooms Division and uphold Andaz service standards.
Qualifications include a hospitality or tourism management diploma and excellent English communication. Opera PMS familiarity is beneficial.
