Alcor is seeking a customer success professional in Ciudad de México to drive API product adoption and customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively support developers and eCommerce teams.
The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in a SaaS environment, is proactive, and thrives in ambiguity. Key responsibilities include onboarding customers, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering relationships.
