Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
- Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
- Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and preferably one or more of the following: Python, R, Alteryx.
