Responsibilities

• Handle the full‑cycle merchandising program operations for General Trade, including channel‑led below‑the‑line campaigns and activations.
• Merchandising Planning
  • Co‑lead design adaptation with the respective Channel Partner for Selecta’s key visuals for point‑of‑sale merchandising such as menu boards, backboards, digital assets, and more.
  • Lead budget raising to ensure all projects are well‑financed before execution.
  • Govern all owned merchandising projects through consistent and organized monitoring, reporting to stakeholders, and proactively lead schedule adjustments as needed.
• Merchandising Deployment
  • Lead procurement coordination: cost estimate bidding request of materials, deployment, and related miscellaneous items; raise purchase orders and manage materials mock‑up development and colour proofing.
