Job Description
GenBlu, evolving from a motorcycle loyalty programme into a broad lifestyle, rewards and ecosystem platform, seeks a Head of Partnership & Growth to drive scalable membership expansion beyond current levels. You will own the growth strategy, build partner channels, and collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Loyalty, Events, Product & Tech to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
