Job Description
We are hiring a senior growth operator to work directly with founders across our portfolio companies.
Your job is simple to describe but hard to execute:
help companies go from idea to product-market fit and scale revenue fast.
You will install and run a repeatable growth system across multiple ventures, working side by side with founders to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and requires someone who has already built and scaled companies before.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders to define ICP, positioning, pricing, and offers
- Build and improve funnels across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Identify what's not working quickly and fix it
