About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow our portfolio of mobile games through Paid User Acquisition (UA) and App Store Optimization (ASO).
This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with our Product, Art, and Data teams to improve game visibility, acquire quality users, and optimize marketing performance. If you enjoy working with data, experimenting with creatives, and scaling mobile apps, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
User Acquisition (Performance Marketing)
- Execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, Retention, LTV, and CAC.
