The Role
We're looking for a growth-obsessed marketer who lives and breathes social media. You know what's trending before it peaks, you understand why certain TikToks and Reels blow up,and you can turn 'boring' SME finance topics into content people actually wantto watch and share. You also know how to drive growth beyond the feed - through SEO and digital marketing that brings in qualified leads. This is a hands-on role for someone who tests fast, learns from data, and isn't afraid to try unconventional ideas.
