This is not a traditional PR or talent management role; you will combine performance analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and strategic relationship-building to build scalable acquisition loops. You are equally comfortable diving deep into data attribution models, A/B testing referral incentives, and speaking the language of gaming and streaming creators to unlock their audience's potential.
