Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, commercial, and experimentation-driven Growth Manager to lead our user acquisition and player retention engines. In the competitive iGaming landscape, growth isn’t just about top-of-funnel traffic—it’s about optimizing the complete player lifecycle (AARRR funnel).

As our Growth Manager, you will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, product conversion, and data analytics. You will be responsible for designing and executing rapid A/B testing frameworks, optimizing conversion rate funnels (from landing page to first-time deposit), scaling acquisition channels, and building long-term player retention loops to maximize LTV and minimize churn.
