We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager with 3-7 years of experience to drive user growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention for our lending portfolio, including secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loans.
This role requires strong ownership of the user lifecycle, funnel performance, and CRM-led growth initiatives, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. The candidate should be good in identifying various cohorts and Business opportunity from various channels to deliver Revenue and profitability targets.
The role requires to have full ownership of the Business growth nos. and should have experience in managing and improving top and bottom line both.
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree or MBA
