Position Summary The Growth Manager is responsible for translating Ziya's growth strategy into coordinated execution across marketing, communications, partnerships, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, this role ensures projects move forward efficiently, teams remain aligned, and growth initiatives are delivered to a consistently high standard. This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills. The Growth Manager will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support the implementation of new systems and processes, and help build the operational foundation required to scale Ziya across Kenya and beyond.
