This is a high-impact, global growth role focused on building and scaling a participant acquisition engine for a large-scale marketplace of paid task contributors. You will design systems that attract high-intent users who don’t just sign up, but actively complete paid tasks and return repeatedly. The environment is highly experimental, data-driven, and fast-moving, with ownership from idea to execution.
