As a Growth Excellence Manager, you'll lead high-impact, project-based initiatives across New Customer Growth (NCG), Existing Customer Growth (ECG), and Pricing. You will be delivering measurable value for Covestro's Business Entities and the organization as a whole.

This role uniquely blends structured problem solving, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution. You'll serve as a subject-matter expert and act as the critical bridge between business requirements and digital/AI enablement, including serving as Product Manager for the digital solutions supporting NCG and ECG.
