Nasoft is currently seeking a Growth Enablement Specialist to join our clientβs team. This role supports business expansion by improving internal processes, enabling sales efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key part in building frameworks that empower teams and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Act as the operations and data backbone for commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships).
β’ Own and manage CRM configurations, workflows, pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
β’ Administer sales & marketing enablement tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email automation tools, invoicing tools, etc.).
β’ Clean, validate, map, and upload large datasets into CRM while maintaining data hygiene and accuracy.
β’ Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards...
