At ING we are looking for a Growth Customer Journey Expert (Transactional customers at Daily Banking) – temporary.

We will join our Growth and New Segments area of Payments and Daily Banking Tribe and will be responsible for end‑to‑end acquisition journeys for CuentaNómina and CuentaNoCuenta, driving commercial growth while continuously improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver commercial targets through the design, execution, and monitoring of acquisition campaigns.
• Drive acquisition initiatives across all sales channels, maximizing conversion and impact.
• Represent the voice of the customer and continuously improve onboarding and daily banking journeys.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with tech, data, and compliance teams.
