Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop Growth and Performance strategies for B2B demand generation.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze the marketing funnel and propose data-driven improvements.
- Build and optimize automation flows, customer journeys, lead scoring and segmentations in HubSpot.
- Plan experiments, validate hypotheses and track their results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to optimize processes and conversions.
- Prepare executive reports with analyses and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B Digital Marketing with a focus on Growth, Performance and Automation.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (automations, workflows, segmentations, lead scoring and reporting).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Search Console (GSC).
