What You'll do

18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.

12 months in one of the following roles:

oFP&A Trainee. You’ll be the finance business partner of Sales, driving profitability improvement, working closely with all other departments (HR, Pricing, Marketing) to set Sales for success.
o Credit Trainee. You’ll manage credit processes and assess customer financial risk, working closely with Sales to optimize performance. You’ll negotiate agreements, lead process improvements, and provide strategic insights to the management.
