Job Description
Cementation Africa is seeking a qualified Shift Supervisor for the Grout Plant in Karee 3, Marikana, North West. The successful candidate will supervise underground and surface crews to achieve production, quality, and safety targets. Candidates must have a Grade 12 qualification, relevant supervisory certifications, and at least 5 years of experience in Grout Plant operations.
Preference will be given to HDSA candidates. The role demands physical fitness to work underground and strong communication skills. South African Citizens / Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
