Job Description
We are looking for 2–3 enthusiastic group supervisors to join our team and strengthen our camp school season. We offer fixed‑term employment contracts from August to September. The work is available 3–5 days a week (at least 60% of full‑time hours), and continuation into October is possible. The work involves guiding camp schools and other groups in the historical environment of Ankkapirha. Activities are mainly carried out outdoors, and you will independently lead groups as part of a skilled and encouraging guiding team. The work is primarily daytime work on weekdays, but may also include evening and weekend work. It is possible to combine the role of a group supervisor and project worker (August–December). During the camp school season, the focus is on group guidance, but also includes preparation for a development project. After the season, the emphasis shifts to coordinating a funded project on youth future outlook, school cooperation, and practical implementation.
