Well established group of companies is in need of an experienced Group Senior IT Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist users with issues logged via the Helpdesk System
- Liaise with Supervisor or IT Manager regarding “problem” tickets
- Troubleshooting and conducting physical upgrades, repairs, and setups
- Troubleshooting network related issues
- Assist IT Manager on minor and major IT and digitisation related projects and initiatives
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Drivers License
- +-3 years in a desktop support role
- A+ / N+
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows 7, 8, 10
- Networks & computer hardware
- Advanced Computer Skills Internal customer service focused
